Rate per group class:

$500 per child / hour (1-hour sessions including group trial class)

Cancellation & Make-Up Class Policy

If your child is unable to attend class, please notify us via WhatsApp or phone as early as possible so we can mark them as absent.

• Advance Notice: Please inform us at least 2 to 3 hours prior to the start of class (except in cases of emergency).
• Make-Up Classes: Upon notification, you will have 1 month to schedule a make-up session. Make-up options can be arranged on available weekdays, school holidays, or term breaks.
• Late Cancellations & No-Shows: If you cancel with short notice (less than 2 hours before class ) or do not notify us , the class fee will still be charged. 

Billing & Payment Terms

Invoices are issued at the end of each month. Your bill will reflect all classes attended during that month, as well as any sessions billed due to late cancellations or no-shows (in accordance with our cancellation policy).

Payment Method:

• Bank transfer: (please note that we currently do not accept credit card payments) 
• PayMe
• Bank Details: Bank transfer information can be found at the bottom of your monthly invoice.
• Payment Due Date: Please settle all payments within 1 week of receiving your invoice.

Weekly Home Learning:

• Homework: Distributed weekly to reinforce classroom learning.
• Reading Books: Tailored specifically to your child’s individual reading level.

取消課堂及補堂政策

如貴子女未能出席課堂，請盡快以 WhatsApp 或電話通知我們，以便我們為 貴子女標記為缺席。

• 預先通知：請於課堂開始錢最少2至 3 小時通知我們（緊急情況除外）
• 補課安排：在收到通知後，家長可於1個月內為貴子女安排補堂。補課安排於平日可供預約的日子、學校假期或學期假期期間進行。
• 遲取消及缺席：如家長在課堂開始前不足2小時才取消課堂，或未有作出任何通知，該課堂費用將如常收取。

賬單及付款條款

每月月底將發出當月賬單。賬單內容包括該月內貴子女已出席的所有課堂費用，以及因遲取消或缺席（按本中心取消政策）而產生之課堂費用。

付款方式：

• 銀行轉賬（請注意，我們現時不接受信用卡付款）
• PayMe
• 銀行資料：銀行轉賬詳情請參閱每月賬單底部
• 付款期限：請於收到賬單後 1 星期內繳付全數費用。

每週家居學習

家課：每週派發，以鞏固課堂所學。

閱讀圖書：按貴子女的個人閱讀能力程度專屬配對。
