What classes do you offer?

We offer comprehensive classes in English, Phonics, Mandarin Chinese, and Reading. Additionally, we provide specialised programs including Creative Writing, CAT4 & MAP test support, and Interview Preparation for admission to top international schools in Hong Kong.

What ages are your students?

We generally welcome students from 3 to around 13 years old, though it depends on each child’s needs and learning goals.

How are children grouped?

Students are grouped based on age, school, and ability. After their first class with us, we determine group placement by considering which class best suits your child’s academic level and personality.

What is the student-to-teacher ratio?

We maintain small class sizes to ensure personal attention. These include:

  • Private: 1:1
  • Semi-Private: 2:1
  • Group Classes: Up to 6 students max

Are there private lessons available?

Yes. While we encourage group learning for its collaborative benefits, private 1-on-1 sessions are available for students seeking additional support.

What is your curriculum?

Rather than adhering to a single rigid curriculum, we adapt to the diverse range of schools in Hong Kong. We are highly familiar with various school curricula, allowing us to spot learning gaps and tailor lessons specifically to your child’s needs.

Are trial classes available, and are they free?

Trial classes are available and encouraged for both private and group formats. They are charged at our standard lesson rate. However, there is no obligation to sign up for further classes.

How do you track progress?

We track every child’s progress individually. When a student outgrows their current class, we discuss with parents to transition them into a higher-level group.

How many classes per week do you recommend?

Class frequency depends on your child’s individual needs and goals. We recommend starting with a trial class and following up with a chat so we can work out an optimal schedule.

Do you offer activities outside of term-time?

Absolutely! We host holiday camps during most major school breaks, including Christmas, Chinese New Year, Easter, Summer, and Autumn breaks. These camps include English, Mandarin Chinese, and Math classes in a fun, social environment.
